Chinatown Cultural Festival 9/19/10

On 9/19/10, ACT-Up attended the Cultural Festival in Chinatown as part of our outreach to the Asian community in Sacramento. There was a lot of amazing performances and there were a lot of people coming out to the festival despite the not-so-ideal weather.
